Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible: popular dates fill quickly, especially during peak season from May to September. We recommend booking 6 to 12 months ahead, but please contact us even if your date is close — we sometimes still have availability.
How can we find out your prices?
Our packages are described on the website. Since every wedding is unique in its timing, location and options, we prepare a free personalised quote based on your date and wishes. Simply send us an enquiry.
How would you describe your style?
A balance between spontaneous documentary coverage, which captures emotion as it happens, and carefully composed portraits. The result is natural, vibrant imagery elevated by genuine artistic direction.
How many of you cover a wedding?
Our team of three includes two filmmakers and one photographer. This allows us to capture every important moment from several angles without ever becoming intrusive.
Do you have experience with multicultural and religious weddings?
Absolutely. We have covered many weddings shaped by different cultures, religions and traditions. We always take time beforehand to understand your customs and respect every important moment.
Do you offer a photo session before the wedding day?
A couple ‘Love Story’ session is included on the wedding day. An engagement session before the wedding is also available as an option — we would be happy to discuss it with you.
Is there a written contract?
Yes, always. Every service is covered by a written contract for your peace of mind and ours.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold professional liability insurance, which is often requested by wedding venues, and can provide a certificate on request.
How much is the deposit?
A 30% deposit secures your date permanently.
How are coverage hours calculated?
You choose the start time. We can remain until 1 a.m., within the hours agreed in your contract. We always arrive 15 to 30 minutes early to set up, and neither setup nor packing time is deducted. Once the contracted hours are complete, every additional hour started is charged separately.
Should we provide a meal for the team?
Yes, if we are present into the evening: one meal for each team member, ideally at the supplier table or among your guests so we remain close to the moments that matter.
Do you work outside Paris and abroad?
Yes, throughout France and internationally. Travel and, where required, accommodation expenses are added according to the distance.
What happens if our wedding is postponed?
Let us know as soon as possible and we will agree a new date together with as much flexibility as we can.
What happens if we cancel?
The deposit is non-refundable. We will, however, listen carefully and try to find an appropriate solution whenever possible.
What if a member of the team is unavailable?
There is no need to worry: if something unexpected happens, we always arrange a suitable replacement and ensure your coverage goes ahead.
What does ‘unlimited photographs’ mean, and how many will we receive?
We photograph without a fixed limit throughout the day — around 3,500 frames. After careful selection and individual editing, we deliver what matters: never fewer than 700 high-resolution photographs, without unnecessary duplicates.
What editing is included?
Light, colour and texture work, removal of distracting elements, cropping and aesthetic finishing. Body reshaping is not included.
Will our photographs have a watermark?
No. We never cover your images with a logo or signature.
Will you publish our photographs on your website or social media?
Never without your permission. Your images are private by default. If you give us permission, we would be delighted to share a small selection; otherwise, they will never be published.
How long are the teaser and wedding film?
The length depends on your chosen package. The teaser lasts a few minutes and the wedding film runs for up to 30 minutes. We favour a vivid, beautifully paced film you will want to watch again over a long edit filled with raw footage.
What does the wedding film include?
Preparations, ceremony highlights, speeches, the first dance and cake cutting. The ceremony is not necessarily included in full; we select its most meaningful moments.
Can you film the entire ceremony?
Yes. Full ceremony coverage is available as a paid option arranged in advance. We install a dedicated camera and deliver the complete ceremony separately.
How do you record sound?
With professional equipment: microphones on the couple and officiant, plus microphones positioned strategically to achieve carefully balanced audio.
Can we watch a complete wedding film, not just a highlight reel?
Yes. We can give you access to complete wedding films as well as a wider catalogue of our work.
Is drone footage included, and where can you fly?
Yes, drone footage is always included wherever flying is legally permitted. We use a lightweight-category drone that does not require specific authorisation, but it can only be used in approved areas. Please note that drone flights are entirely prohibited in Paris.
In what format are the photographs delivered?
As JPEG files through a secure online gallery protected by your personal username and password. Your images remain private and you decide whether to share them.
Do you offer albums and prints?
Yes. Depending on the package, an album and prints such as framed or canvas pieces may be included, and all are available as options. We guide you through sizes and finishes so the result lives up to your memories.
Can we share the gallery with our guests?
Yes, absolutely.
How long will the gallery remain available?
Your gallery remains available for six months after final delivery.
How long does delivery take?
We devote great care to post-production. Timing varies with the season and the content of your day, and we provide a clear estimate when you book.
Are our files backed up?
Yes. On the wedding day, photographs and films are recorded simultaneously to two memory cards. Your files are then stored for one year on our secure server. Every step is designed to protect your memories.
